Who we are

Insider Edge is a trading name of Axis Edge Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, company number 17062550, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply whenever you buy or download anything from theinsideredge.co.uk.

What we sell

We sell digital PDF guides and ebooks ("digital content") on subjects including holiday caravan ownership rights, with further titles planned. All prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes.

How to order

Orders are placed and paid for through our third-party checkout and delivery provider, Payhip. By completing a purchase you agree to Payhip's own terms of service in addition to these terms. On successful payment, you will receive a download link by email, generally within minutes.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel an order for a full refund. Because our products are digital content delivered immediately on payment, this cancellation right ends as soon as download begins, and you expressly agree to this and consent to immediate delivery at the point of checkout. If a product turns out to be faulty, corrupted, or not as described, contact us at info@theinsideredge.co.uk and we will put it right or refund you.

Delivery

All products are delivered digitally only, by download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout. We do not ship physical goods.

Intellectual property

All content is owned by Axis Edge Ltd or licensed to us and is protected by copyright. When you buy a guide, you're buying a personal licence to read it — you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or share the file with others, or use the content to create a competing product, without our written permission.
